BiographyAs a native Vancouverite, I was born, raised and educated exclusively in Vancouver and Burnaby. Broad outdoor recreational experiences, fundraising and volunteering has been a cornerstone of local community life. My family and I continue to enjoy our community life in Port Coquitlam.
After my graduation from SFU in Criminology and Psychology, over 28 years were dedicated to public safety within the Correctional Service of Canada. In various capacities, my overall role was to analyze and manage federal offender's risk of reoffending. My focus has primarily been and continues to be toward the person, their personal safety and security, followed by recent attention to real estate, business and marketing.
During these decades of living in the lower mainland, I have keenly observed, researched and experienced the evolutionary changes to our region's real estate market. This led to formal education at UBC's Sauder School of Business for a diploma in Urban Land Economics, with a specialization in land development and commercial investment analysis. Further interest in luxury home marketing has resulted in membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, for upper spectrum homes. RE/MAX has been the perfect venue to assist my clients with these same ideals and ongoing training.
